Looking great, Mike. I love the lupines. I've grown them here but they don't really thrive here. That Clerodendron hookerianum is sure a looker, and one I don't recognize. Another one I don't recognize is the Acnistis australe. There is one they grow in the San Francisco Botanical Garden that looks much like that. I believe it is an Iochroma relative. Is this actually hardy for you outdoors? I'm looking forward to being able to walk around in this wonderful garden of yours!
Here the Bouganvilleas are common but Hostas suffer from our year-round mollusks and lupines just don't like it here for reasons I don't completely understand. Of course in Hawaii boogies are a real environmental hazzard. They've escaped into wildlands forming impenetrable masses, and I'm sure you know how unpleasant they are to get tangled in.
